- 1 Sucuk (Turkish Beef Sausage )
- 6-8 eggs
- Salt (optional)
- Black pepper (optional)
- Slice sucuk into about 1cm wide pieces diagonally.
- Heat a frying pan over medium–high heat.
- Add sucuk to the pan and brown for 1 minute each side.
- Make 6-8 indentations in mixture and crack in eggs.
- Cover, place over low–medium heat and cook for 5 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked but the yolks are still runny.
