June 20: Fasulye Salatasi- Six Beans Salad

Ingredients:


  •  1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
  •  1 (14.5 ounce) can wax beans, drained
  •  1 (15 ounce) can lima beans, drained
  •  1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
  •  1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  •  1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed beans
  •  1 sweet onion, chopped
  •  1 green bell pepper, chopped
  •  1 red bell pepper, chopped
  •  1 tomatoes, chopped
  •  1 cucumber, chopped
  •  2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  •  1/2 cup olive oil
  •  1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  •  Salt and black pepper

  1. Mix all the ingredients in large bowl, marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
