January 24 - Kis Salatasi - Winter Salad

Prep. Time: 10 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peeled and shredded turnip,
  • 1 cup peeled and shredded carrot,
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage,
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice,
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt     
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Italian parsley, (for garnishing)
  • 1 cup tomatoes (thinly sliced length wise) for garnishing,


Mix all ingredients and garnish with parsley and tomatoes.
