Ingredients:
- 1 cup peeled and shredded turnip,
- 1 cup peeled and shredded carrot,
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage,
- 1/4 cup lemon juice,
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 1 tbsp finely chopped Italian parsley, (for garnishing)
- 1 cup tomatoes (thinly sliced length wise) for garnishing,
Mix all ingredients and garnish with parsley and tomatoes.
